Return Policy

Each Signature Silks piece is made to order and thoughtfully customized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all returns must be approved by our team prior to being sent back.

Approved returns are subject to a restocking and shipping fee, and must be returned in original condition and packaging. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and packaging so we can properly assist you.

Any damage that occurs during transit or freight delivery will be addressed directly through the shipping/freight carrier.
