Placing an Order
All Signature Silks orders must be placed directly through our online store.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or changed, as production begins shortly after purchase.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be notified of shipment once it has been scheduled.
Lead Time/Shipping
All of our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted and styled to order. Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Rush shipping is available within 5-7 days. Larger statement pieces, oversized arrangements, or custom items may require additional processing time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
Product Images, Sizes, & Styling
We do our best to accurately display product colors, textures, and dimensions. Due to the handcrafted nature of our arrangements, variations may occur in colors, textures, and dimensions.
Returns & Damages
Each Signature Silks piece is made to order and thoughtfully customized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all returns must be approved by our team prior to being sent back.
Approved returns are subject to a restocking and shipping fee, and must be returned in original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and packaging so we can properly assist you.
Any damage that occurs during transit or freight delivery will be addressed directly through the shipping/freight carrier.
Warranty
Our permanent botanicals are designed for long-lasting beauty when properly cared for. Because placement, environment, and exposure vary, we do not offer formal warranties.
Care Instructions
To keep your arrangements looking fresh and beautiful, lightly dust every few weeks using a microfiber cloth or feather duster. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
Outdoor & UV Products
UV-rated products are designed for covered outdoor use; however, weather conditions, such as wind, sun, and UV exposure may impact appearance, performance, and longevity.
Additional Weight
Certain planters and trees include an option for additional weight. Additional weight does not guarantee protection against strong winds or tipping.
International Orders
Please inquire about international shipments. At this time, Signature Silks primarily ships within the United States.
